The colorwork pattern is simple and easily memorized; making this a relaxing yet interesting knit. Using a self-striping yarn for the contrast color means the knitting flows smoothly without needing to change colors and without all those ends to weave in later.

Materials Needed

Yarn
1 skein of Nomadic Yarns Twisty Sock (400 yards per skein) or 200 yarns of fingering weight yarn for contrast color.
and
1 skein of Hedgehog Fibres Sock (437 yards per skein) or 400 yards of sock yarn.

Needles
2.25 mm (US 1) and 2.75 mm (US 2) circular or double-pointed needles or size needed for correct gauge.
